Returned a purchase (which was great value but I had bought the wrong size) and received the refund ( minus the postage) even though the Post Office tracking system had lost it. Very nice people to talk with on the phone, calm and very helpful. If only all online shopping was this easy. Will definitely use again.

I am usually a 5 & half in slippers but ordered a size 7 as 5 & half nor six were available. They were far too small and the quality was terrible. They looked to have been trodden down at the back of one of the slippers and the sheepskin was very rough and cheap. I returned them but was deducted £7.50 from the refund which thought was exorbitant as they weighed next to nothing. Bought a pair for half the price elsewhere. Shame Trust Pilot do not have a negative button as 1 star is too generous

Purchased slippers as a gift for Christmas 2022, fabric came away from the stitching after 2 days of wearing them, contacted company and returned slippers to them, to be told l had torn them and if l wanted them returned l need to pay £5 pounds.

I love my slippers they fit well and are staying in shape well. I prefer the material lining than a fur lining.

I returned my slippers because I required large and not medium, l paid for the postage and after two weeks I received another pair that said large on the packaging but was only medium in size. I was so frustrated with the mistake of yourselves and did not want to pay another £3 plus to return the item that I am now wearing slippers that are too small for me.

Very pleased with slippers, excellent quality. Very pleased with company posting item so quickly was unfortunate that Royal Mail strikes delayed delivery considerably.

Poor quality workmanship, uneven seams and under fabric showing through.
However the company did refund me fairly quickly and without fuss. I paid £1 extra for the return service and I would recommend doing this if you order anything from them.

Easy to order, quick delivery. These were bought as a present, my friend is very pleased with them. These are not the first pair I have bought and probably won't be the last.

My ANTON Mens Sheepskin Boot Slippers are a dream - I have wide feet and wanted a ‘boot’ slipper, and found these Men’s style ones fitted the bill perfectly for me - I now live in them! The fit is great, true to size and unbelievably cosy, thanks to the natural shearling lining. Delivery was fairly swift, considering they were posted mid mail strike. Although still pricey, they were cheaper from House of Slippers than elsewhere, so I would definitely consider buying online from HoS again. Recommended all round.
